They grow spontaneously at the edge of the woods, along paths and on hedges, and are extremely refreshing. To prepare Fiordifrutta, Rigoni di Asiago uses different types of blackberries, for a richer, more nuanced flavour. Flavour: subtle, tart and aromatic. Pairings and tips: its flavour is perfectly suited to fresh cheeses (soft-ripened or aged), or try it with chocolate for an unexpectedly delicious combination. It's also delicious added to smoothies and yogurt.
