Cashew pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g cashew nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 ml oat milk (or any other plant-based drink, cow milk...)
  • Fiordifrutta Wild blueberries

PREPARATION

Mix the cashew nuts into flour in blender. Add the eggs, baking powder, Mielbio, a pinch of salt, oat milk and a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix to a smooth batter.

Fry the pancakes on a low to medium heat, in a non-stick pan, with a dash of olive oil.

Serve with Fiordifrutta Wild blueberries or any another Fiordifrutta flavour.
