Mix the cashew nuts into flour in blender. Add the eggs, baking powder, Mielbio, a pinch of salt, oat milk and a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix to a smooth batter.
Fry the pancakes on a low to medium heat, in a non-stick pan, with a dash of olive oil.
Serve with Fiordifrutta Wild blueberries or any another Fiordifrutta flavour.
