Whistleblowing

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 on Whistleblowing, Rigoni di Asiago S.r.l. has activated a portal for reporting conduct or events that may constitute violations of laws or regulations (national or European Union), as well as violations of the Company’s adopted 231 Organizational Model or conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The Portal allows the reporting person to choose whether or not to disclose their identity; access to the Portal is managed in order to prevent the identification of any reporting person who wishes to remain anonymous. After logging in, the reporting person will be guided through the completion of a questionnaire that will make it possible to provide the key elements of the report (facts, context, etc.).
When the report is submitted, the Portal will issue the reporting person with a unique identification code (ticket). This number, known only to the reporting person, cannot be recovered in any way if lost. The ticket will allow the reporting person to access their report, again through the Portal, in order to: monitor its progress; add further details to better substantiate the report; complete their personal information; submit or respond to any follow-up questions, or request an in-person meeting. The Portal, in fact, makes it possible to establish a virtual dialogue between the reporting person and the recipient, ensuring the necessary confidentiality and, at the reporting person’s discretion, anonymity.
Reports are handled by a third-party body responsible for managing reports, independent from the company, which cooperates with the Supervisory Body in cases of reports relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
