Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process in the dedicated “Shipping Details” field.

All purchases will be delivered by GLS express courier (hereinafter, the “Courier”).

Rigoni di Asiago is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer may view the status of the shipment in the "ORDER DETAILS-SHIPPING METHOD" section of their ACCOUNT.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within 5 (five) working days starting from the day after Rigoni di Asiago has confirmed the order to the Customer by means of a specific order confirmation email.

Available delivery services (GLS)

If no one is available at the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be left at the nearest GLS Shop, where it can be collected.

Shipping fee

Shipping fees vary according to the weight of the order:
from 0 kg to 5 kg = €6.50
from 5 kg to 8 kg = €7.90
from 8 kg to 10 kg = €8.90
For orders over  €79.00 shipping is free.
