Fit squares with Natù black blueberries

Fresh, well-balanced squares with a crunchy granola base, yogurt cream and a topping of Natù Wild Blueberries. An ideal fit snack as a light dessert or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 100g Natù Oat and Seed Granola 

(for the Cream)

  • 500g Greek yogurt
  • 50g coconut flour
  • 20g desiccated coconut
  • 10g erythritol

(for the top layer)

  • Natù Wild Black Blueberries

Method

Pour the Oat and Seed Granola into a cake tin lined with baking paper, press down well with a spoon and place in the fridge. Prepare the coconut cream: mix the Greek yogurt with the coconut flour and erythritol. Pour the cream over the granola base and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Prepare the topping: spoon over as much Natù Wild Black Blueberries as desired onto the coconut cream, spread evenly and place in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes. 
Remove the dessert from the tin and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Cut the dessert into squares and serve.
