Protein snack with Natù

Excellent for starting the day with fibre, protein and unsaturated fats.
Chia seeds help improve satiety and support regular bowel function, while almond butter adds vitamin E and magnesium.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of Natù fruit spread (e.g. apricot or strawberry)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • Natù almond butter
  • Protein granola (oats and seeds)

Method

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, chia seeds and Natù fruit spread.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving, add the Natù almond butter and Natù granola.
