"Smart" Baked Porridge with Natù Hazelnut and Chocolate, and Pomegranate

Warm, nourishing baked porridge with Natù Hazelnut and Chocolate, enriched with plant-based yogurt and pomegranate. A complete, satisfying breakfast full of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 50g Hazelnut and Chocolate Porridge Natù
  • 200g plant-based yogurt
  • 70ml plant-based drink
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pomegranate seeds (fresh or frozen), as needed

Preparation

Prepare the base: in a bowl, mash the half banana with a fork until it becomes a purée.
Add the wet ingredients: Stir 100g of plant-based yogurt into the banana purée and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients: Add the Hazelnut and Chocolate Porridge Natù, the plant-based drink, and finally the baking powder. Mix well until you have a smooth, even batter.
Bake: Pour the mixture into a small baking tray or an ovenproof dish (a single-serve cocotte works well too). 
Baking: Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until the porridge is golden and set.
Finish: Once ready, let it cool slightly. Top your baked porridge with the remaining plant-based yogurt (100g) and the pomegranate seeds.
